Mai Dubai™ Bottled Drinking Water seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD & CRM Lead Consultant to lead SAP Sales & Distribution initiatives, drive business transformation programs, and manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.

The role involves solution design, implementation, integration, support, and continuous process optimization across the SAP landscape. 12+ years of SAP SD experience is required, with strong stakeholder leadership and a proven track record in multiple S/4HANA deployments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP SD experience with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• Hands-on in SD, CRM, OTC, pricing, rebates, and returns management.
• Proven track record with 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong integration across MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and middleware platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA SD & CRM.
• Configure and support end-to-end OTC processes including Quotations, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, Pricing, Rebates, and Settlement Management.
• Manage FSCM Credit Management, Customer Master Data, Business Partners, Customer Hierarchies, and Partner Functions.
• Drive integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, CRM, and third-party applications.
• Support EDI, IDocs, APIs, middleware, e-commerce, and customer portal integrations.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and developments.
• Lead data migration, validation, reconciliation, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Provide L2/L3 support, incident resolution, and SLA compliance monitoring.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and SAP best practices.
• Lead SAP transformation and enhancement projects using SAP Activate methodology.
• Manage project timelines, vendors, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct user training, change management, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensure compliance with SAP governance, audit requirements, GRC controls, and release management processes.
