Mai Dubai UAE is seeking an exceptional SAP S/4HANA SD & CRM Lead Consultant / Manager to drive transformation and deliver best-in-class Order-to-Cash solutions in a fast-moving, consumer goods environment.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in SAP SD, strong S/4HANA expertise, hands-on OTC, pricing, rebates, FSCM Credit Management, Returns Management, and SAP CRM, plus proven leadership of global SAP programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years SAP SD experience with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of OTC, Pricing, Rebates, FSCM Credit Management, Returns Management, and SAP CRM.
• Strong integration experience across MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, EDI, APIs, and Middleware.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and implementation projects in SAP S/4HANA SD & CRM.
• Drive business value through best-in-class Order-to-Cash processes.
• Coordinate global/regional SAP transformation initiatives with stakeholders.

We are looking for an exceptional SAP S/4HANA SD & CRM professional to join our transformation journey. This is a strategic role for a hands-on expert who has successfully delivered complex SAP programs and can drive business value through best-in-class Order-to-Cash processes.

Who we're looking for:

• 12+ years of SAP SD experience with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise
• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Deep hands-on knowledge of OTC, Pricing, Rebates, FSCM Credit Management, Returns Management, and SAP CRM
• Strong integration experience across MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, EDI, APIs, and Middleware
• Experience driving transformation, implementation, enhancement, and support projects

Preferred Background:

• Candidates who have worked with leading FMCG, Beverage, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Distribution organizations
• Strong business-facing and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience leading global or regional SAP transformation initiatives
