Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading contracting company in Dubai, UAE. We seek an SAP S/4HANA Finance Implementation & Support professional to lead end-to-end SAP projects from the client side, coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.

You will analyse finance requirements, configure SAP FI/CO processes, and drive testing, data migration, and post-go-live support in a fast-paced contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) modules.
• Experience with ERP transformation projects and data migration.
• Ability to map business processes to SAP solutions and document requirements.
• Experience with testing, UAT, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancements.

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading contracting company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an SAP S/4HANA Finance Implementation & Support professional who will be responsible for supporting end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects from the client side, coordinating with implementation partners and internal stakeholders, managing SAP activities, and ensuring successful implementation, user adoption, and ongoing system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
• Analyse finance and accounting business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance processes based on business requirements.
• Provide functional support during implementation and post-go-live phases.

Finance Process Analysis & Solution Design

• Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to understand business processes and system requirements.
• Support business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design during ERP transformation projects.
• Prepare functional documentation and ensure proposed SAP solutions align with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardisation.

Testing, Data Migration & User Support

• Support system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with finance data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Identify and troubleshoot functional issues in collaboration with technical and business teams.
• Conduct user training and provide support to end users during and after implementation.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Post-Go-Live Support

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

Experience

• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) modules.
• Experience working with Finance or Accounting teams during ERP transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
• Experience in testing, UAT, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support.

Education & Background

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Background in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or ERP systems is preferred.

Required Skillset

• SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO): Strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance processes and configuration.
• Financial Accounting: Good understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
• Controlling: Knowledge of Cost Center Accounting and financial planning processes.
• ERP Implementation: Experience supporting SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
• Business Process Mapping: Ability to analyze finance requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Testing & UAT: Experience supporting system testing, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution.
• Data Migration & Support: Understanding of data migration, reconciliation, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and collaboration skills with Finance teams and technical stakeholders.
