SAP S/4 HANA CS & CMM Functional Consultant

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a SAP S/4 HANA CS & CMM Functional Consultant for a client in Dubai, UAE. Kindly review the job requirements below.

Must-Have:

• 8+ years of SAP ISU experience, with 3+ years in implementation and 4+ years in support roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) & CMM, including base customizing, configuration, and integration with SAP modules (PS, FI/FICA, CO, SD/MM/PP). Hands-on experience in SAP CS processes, such as Interaction Center, Move-in/Move-out, Service Notifications, Work Orders, and Disconnection/Reconnection. Proficiency in SAP Master Data configuration, queue handling (TRFC/QRFC), workflow design, and web service integration with SAP S/4HANA.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in S/4HANA CMM WEB-UI, SAP Collection Management WEBUI, and IC Web Client integration.
• Knowledge of third-party integrations (e.g., SYCLO, Work Manager, MRS, IVR, and CTI) and mobile applications like Fiori.
