SAP Retail Consultant (Vistex + IS Retail + CAR + Hybris)

Vistex (Incentive Management / Rebate Management):

• Design, configure, and implement Vistex solutions for customer rebates, vendor chargebacks, pricing, and incentive programs.
• Manage business requirements gathering and solution mapping for royalties, chargebacks, pricing, and incentives.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, documentation, and user training on Vistex modules.
• Work with finance and sales teams to align Vistex with SAP SD/FICO processes.

IS-Retail (Industry Solution for Retail):

• Configure and support Retail Master Data, Pricing, Assortment Planning, and Merchandise Distribution.
• Manage business processes related to Procurement, Sales, Store Operations, and Stock Transfers.
• Align IS-Retail with backend ECC/S4HANA systems for seamless retail execution.

SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository):

• Design integration scenarios for POS Data Transfer and Audit (POSDTA).
• Configure and optimize Unified Demand Forecast (UDF) and Inventory Visibility.
• Integrate CAR with IS-Retail, POS systems, and analytical/reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot real-time transactional data replication and consistency.

SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud:

• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to integrate Hybris with SAP ERP and CAR.
• Support real-time product availability, pricing, and promotion data sync between SAP and Hybris.
• Assist in implementing personalized promotions and loyalty programs using Hybris and Vistex.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in SAP with hands-on expertise in at least 2+ modules among Vistex, IS-Retail, CAR, Hybris.
• Strong experience in SAP SD, MM, or FICO as they relate to Vistex and IS-Retail processes.
• Deep understanding of retail business processes, promotions, rebates, and POS integration.
• Proven experience in SAP Vistex configuration and custom enhancements.
• Familiarity with Hybris integration, product catalog, pricing, and order management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
