Job summary

Client of MM Management Consultant seeks an experienced SAP PP/SD consultant in the UAE with 4-6 years hands-on work, focusing on Production Planning and Sales Distribution. You will support end users, analyze issues, and contribute to process improvements across logistics streams.

Responsibilities include delivering training or demos, supporting integrations with MM/LE and EDI, and interfacing with stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• University Graduate and can join at short notice immediate available in UAE.
• 4-6 years of hands-on SAP PP/SD experience focusing on Production Planning and Sales Distribution.
• Preparing manuals, demos or training as needed; onsite or offsite per business requirement.
• Good understanding of integration with other modules; MM/LE with EDI integrations is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills with fluent English.
• Providing help desk support and resolving SAP PP/SD issues and requests.
• Analytical skills to handle logistics closing requests and provide solutions for tickets.
• Excellent stakeholder management with active listening and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support and resolve SAP PP/SD issues and requests.
• Prepare manuals, demos or training materials as needed.
• Collaborate onsite or offsite per business requirement.
• Coordinate integrations with MM/LE and EDI where applicable.
• Communicate findings and proposed improvements to stakeholders.
