Job Summary:

Join our team as a seasoned SAP MM professional, taking a pivotal role in shaping our supply chain and logistics processes. You will leverage your expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba to drive business transformation and optimize operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP MM/S4 HANA implementation and configuration projects, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
• Analyze complex business processes within logistics, supply chain, inventory, and warehouse management to design tailored SAP solutions.
• Conduct configuration of MM Organizational Structure, Master Data, Purchasing, RFQ, Outline Agreements, Pricing, Release Procedures, and related modules.
• Collaborate closely with key users and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system enhancements.
• Prepare detailed process documentation, test plans, and scripts; perform and coordinate unit, integration, and regression testing activities.
• Drive user training and key-user testing to maximize adoption and effective use of SAP solutions.
• Supervise onsite consultants and offshore teams to ensure consistent MM support and delivery quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12+ years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA MM consulting.
• Minimum 2 successful, full life cycle implementation experiences in SAP MM and SAP Ariba from blueprint to go-live.
• Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, inventory, and warehouse management processes and solutions.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting global organizations and collaborating within fast-paced project teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and independent problem-solving abilities; adept at working autonomously.
• Proven ability to develop process documentation and guide users through process and system changes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP MM or S/4 HANA certifications.
• Experience in managing hybrid (onsite-offshore) SAP support models.
• Track record of working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
