Must-Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in understanding and configuring HR / SuccessFactors modules
  • Prior experience in the construction industry
  • Prior experience in conducting workshops, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring the system to meet client needs
  • Implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning Management

Nice to Have:

  • Master's degree in human resources, computer science, or a related field.
  • Best practices for HR processes and system integration experience
