An established industry player is seeking an experienced SAP HR Mini Master and Workflow Consultant. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems, particularly in integration with SuccessFactors and ECC implementation. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead design sessions with business teams. You will be responsible for resolving workflow issues and designing effective workflows across various business processes. SAP HR Mini Master and Workflow Consultant

Required Skills & Experience

1. 12+ years of SAP experience
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Multiple full cycle implementation experience
4. Extensive experience in SAP to SuccessFactors integration
5. Experience in SAP ECC implementation & support
6. Proficient in MM, EPPM, Service, EAM, and related streams
7. Experience working as an HCM consultant with UAE clients
8. Knowledge of SAP R/3/SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE with SAP
9. Experience with migration, upgrade, SAP R/3 ABAP/4, ABAP-HR, DMS, Workflow, Fiori, and BIBO
10. Cross-module experience in MM, SD, PS, PP, HCM, FICO, PM, QM, IS-Retail, CS, EHS, EWM, REFX, and SCM
11. Experience in Employee Master setup (Mini HR), interface with external systems, and workflow usage
12. Knowledge of HR organizational setup and working experience with workflow, especially in P2P
13. Ability to lead and design workflows across different business processes in R2R and OTC streams
14. Experience leading design sessions with business, coordinating with technical teams, testing, UAT, and documentation
15. Ability to resolve workflow issues functionally and knowledge of workflow objects and templates
