A leading consultancy firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Specialist. The role requires over 15 years of experience in SAP HR systems and SuccessFactors implementation. Responsibilities include creating reports, supporting users, and managing projects. Qualifications

JPC - 5245 - SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Specialist

Job Location : Abu Dhabi

Total Experience : 15 years

Position Type : 1 year renewable

Language Proficiency : English

Qualification : Bachelors Degree

Job Responsibilities :

  • Create reports in SAP, SuccessFactors, and other reporting tools which are deployed as part of ONEERP.
  • Support HC users in performing day-to-day transactions in SAP and SAP Fiori. Also support employees on HCM related Fiori applications.
  • Support on SuccessFactors Performance management, LMS, Competency management along with core HCM modules like Organization management, Personnel Administration, Time management, and UAE payroll.
  • Support business in all other governmental portals.
  • Support audit & business teams by providing the required information / data by extracting from SAP system and explaining system functionality for its smooth closure.
  • Act as a Focal point HCM to handle all SAP HCM related activities.
  • Manage project risks, contingency, and mitigation plans.
  • Assess and report on the business benefits achieved because of implementing the IT projects.
  • Collaborate across departments to set realistic project targets and timeframes.
  • Train users on best practices of project management.
  • Ensure all digital initiative projects are handled as per project management methodologies.
  • Update project documentation regularly and communicate it to management.

Requirements :

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations.
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills; must be a team player.
  • Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process.
  • Hands-on experience with all Data Models and knowledge of XML.
  • System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.
  • Preparation & execution of Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Scripts.
  • Excellent command of English.
