Job summary

Tech Mantra Global seeks an experienced SAP FSM Consultant to lead implementation and mapping of field service processes for engineering and industrial equipment businesses.

You will translate business requirements into effective SAP FSM solutions, with a focus on service scheduling, dispatch, and execution across cranes, heavy equipment, and automotive-related domains. At least one end-to-end FSM implementation is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP FSM implementation.
• Experience mapping and configuring field service processes for engineering and industrial products.
• Industry experience with cranes, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, engineering goods, or automotive vehicles.
• Strong understanding of field service operations, service scheduling, workforce management, technician dispatch, and service execution.
• Experience in at least one or more end-to-end SAP FSM implementations.
