Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. invites an experienced SAP FSM consultant to join on a full-time, onsite basis in Dubai, UAE (also Dammam, KSA). The role requires 6–8 years of SAP FSM experience with 2–3+ years in SAP FSM, and hands-on capability across service call management, planning, and dispatch.

You will lead end-to-end FSM implementations, integrate with S/4HANA, PM/CS/EAM, and leverage SAP BTP and CPI for seamless data flows. Travel to client sites in GCC may be involved.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in SAP FSM/field service projects.
• Deep knowledge of FSM processes and integration with S/4HANA.
• Experience in on-site projects in UAE/GCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FSM implementation projects.
• Plan, dispatch, and optimize service calls and field resources.
• Integrate FSM with S/4HANA, PM/CS/EAM; leverage BTP/CPI for data flows.
