Job summary

HireAlpha is seeking an SAP Field Service Management Consultant (L3) for a permanent role in Dubai, UAE, and onsite at client locations in Dammam, KSA. The candidate will lead deployment, integration with S/4HANA and PM/CS/EAM, and manage end-to-end field service processes.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in SAP with 2–3 years in FSM, strong workshops/UAT skills, and experience with greenfield S/4HANA implementations in the power generation equipment sector.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of SAP experience with 2–3 years in SAP FSM
• Hands-on SAP FSM experience required
• Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation experience desired
• Experience in the Power Generation Equipment sector is a plus

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for field service and maintenance
• Configure, implement and support SAP FSM solutions
• Integrate SAP FSM with S/4HANA, PM, CS/EAM and other SAP modules
• Configure service workflows, planning and dispatching, and mobile field service processes
• Support equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, service contracts and warranty management
• Conduct workshops, testing, UAT, and end-user training
• Support data migration, cutover, go-live, hyper-care and post-go-live support

We have an open requirement for an SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant on a permanent (FTE) basis. Role: SAP FSM Consultant (L3). Employment Type: FTE. Location: Dubai, UAE / Dammam, KSA (onsite at client location). Experience: 6 to 8 years in SAP, with 2 to 3 years of hands‑on SAP FSM. Project: Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation for a leading organization in the Power Generation Equipment (Sales, Rental & Service) sector. Gather and analyze business requirements for field service and maintenance operations. Configure, implement, and support SAP FSM solutions. Integrate SAP FSM with S/4HANA, PM, CS/EAM, and other SAP applications. Configure service workflows, planning & dispatching, Smartforms, and mobile field service processes. Support equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, service contracts, warranty management, and work order management. Conduct workshops, testing, UAT, and end‑user training. Support data migration, cutover, go‑live, hyper‑care, and post‑go‑live support.
