Job summary

Al Shirawi / Oasis Investment Company is seeking a senior SAP Finance leader to run the FICO track across the group as part of the SAP S/4HANA migration. You will design and configure FI/CO modules, lead cross‑functional finance teams, and coordinate with IT and business heads in Dubai.

You should have 8–10+ years in SAP FI/CO with at least two S/4HANA end‑to‑end implementations, UAE VAT knowledge, and hands‑on experience with Cash Management, FSCM and RE‑FX.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in SAP FI/CO with 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience leading finance workstreams and hybrid delivery teams.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax, multi-currency accounting.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) on the Universal Journal and CO.
• Lead Cash Management, AR, FSCM and RE-FX.
• Govern SIT/UAT and RICEFW with onshore/offshore teams.
• Act as finance liaison between C-suite, heads and IT.

What you'll do: Design and configure FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) on the Universal Journal and CO (CCA, PCA, CO-PA). Lead Cash Management, Receivables Management (FSCM) and RE-FX. Drive finance process re-engineering and user adoption across Contracting, Engineering, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Logistics. Direct onshore/offshore teams and SI partners, and own SIT/UAT and RICEFW governance. Be the finance liaison between C-suite, business heads and IT. What we're looking for: 8–10+ years in SAP FI/CO with at least 2 full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations. Experience leading finance workstreams and hybrid delivery teams. Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, multi-currency accounting and consolidation. Hands-on knowledge of Cash Management, FSCM and RE-FX.
