Job summary

Al Shirawi / Oasis Investment Company is leading a major digital transformation with Rise with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition. We seek a senior SAP FICO Lead to drive finance process design, business process re-engineering, and successful adoption of S/4HANA finance capabilities across the group.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on SAP Finance leadership, proven experience delivering across diverse entities, and strong collaboration with business leaders, offshore teams, and SI partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) are highly advantageous.
• Minimum 8-10+ years of core SAP FI/CO implementation experience and 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven leadership and experience managing onshore/offshore delivery teams and SAP Finance workstreams.
• Deep understanding of UAE tax regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax) and multi-currency accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO across the group transformation program, providing strategic direction and functional decision-making.
• Manage hybrid onshore and offshore consultant teams, SI teams, and internal users to ensure deliverable quality and timelines.
• Drive adoption of S/4HANA finance capabilities, including change enablement, training, and post-go-live support.
• Oversee integration design and data governance for FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, and CO-PA.
