Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of SAP FICO, FM, and FSCM functional experts in the design, implementation, and support of SAP FICO, FM, and FSCM modules.
2. Act as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO, FM, and FSCM modules, including system design, configuration, and testing.
3. Experience with end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO and FM modules.
4. Proficient in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and enhancement techniques.
5. Good understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.
6. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO/FM.
7. Strong knowledge of SAP FICO module functionalities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, and Funds Management.
8. Knowledge of integration with PS, PM, HR, MM, SD, FICA, CS, REFX, and Bank Application.
9. Collaborate effectively with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into system solutions.
10. Configure and customize SAP FICO, FM, and FSCM modules to meet business requirements.
11. Develop test strategies, plans, and scripts.
12. Identify and implement continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies, process integration, and standardization.
13. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues (L3 support) related to SAP FICO, FM, and FSCM modules.
14. Manage relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams.
15. SAP Certification will be an added advantage.
