Job summary

A leading recruitment and placement firm is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant in Abu Dhabi. The role involves implementing and supporting SAP systems, leading workshops, managing integrations, and enhancing business systems. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA with strong skills in FI/CO processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Experience in Contracting, Services and Manufacturing sectors.
  • SAP S/4 HANA lifecycle implementation experiences, particularly with New GL and Profit Center Accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead blueprint workshops, SAP Configuration, and Cutover Activities.
  • Design and define chart of accounts structure within SAP.
  • Manage cross-module integration with other SAP modules post go-live.

Job description

The role of the SAP Consultant is to implement and support SAP systems in production, ensuring maximum usability. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects and participation in rollouts and supports. Preferred experience in Contracting, Services and Manufacturing (Discreet and Repetitive) industry sectors is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead blueprint workshops, SAP Configuration, Custom (WRICEF) Development, Cutover Activities, Data Migration, Testing and User Training, and hyper-care support experience.
  • Design and define the chart of accounts structure within SAP by transforming business requirements into system specifications to meet current and future requirements.
  • Manage cross-module integration with other SAP modules, i.e., HCM/SD/MM/PP/PM/PSPost go-live & business application support.
  • Identify and implement improvements in business systems.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ life cycle implementations of SAP S/4 HANA (1609 or above) and Expertise in leading blueprint workshops, SAP Configuration, Custom (WRICEF) Development, Cutover Activities, Data Migration, Testing and User Training and hyper-care support experience.
  • Experience in designing and defining the chart of accounts structure within SAP by transforming business requirements into system specifications to meet current and future requirements.
  • Required Skills: FI New GL with Profit Center Accounting, New Fixed assets & AM, Bank accounting interfaces - AR & AP, CO CIP program, AR including credit control (integration with SD), AP, GL, AM, TR (Cash Management), Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, IO, COPA, Product Costing and Material Ledger, intercompany processes.
  • Experience in Treasury Management will be a plus, Understanding of cross module integration with other SAP modules i.e. HCM/SD/MM/PP/PM/PSPost go-live & business application support.
  • Exposure to FI-PS integration, RA Setup and Contracting procedures.
