What you'll be doing:

SAP EWM Consultant is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP projects. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of EWM projects.

Job Description:

1. Involved in full cycles, large-scale, and end-to-end projects
2. Responsible for designing and delivering solutions to the business units
3. Responsible for business process definition and modelling
4. Participate and conclude on business requirements along with business stakeholders
5. Perform data analysis and provide insights and areas of opportunities
6. Define and execute SIT test cases
7. Review and modify UAT test scenarios along with business stakeholders and facilitate business sign-off
8. Work with third-party vendors and ensure delivery within scope, time, and quality
9. Development of project documentation
10. Prepare and conduct training for system users
11. Work directly with business units daily to achieve defined goals
12. Work in a project team

People Management:

1. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
2. Define performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensure goals are achieved
3. Take ownership of personal learning by identifying development needs and creating an individual development plan
4. Stay updated on professional developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and growth

Functional / Technical Competencies:

1. Deep knowledge of SAP EWM architecture and functionalities
2. Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, ASAP)
