Key Responsibilities
- Fully manage CDC (Customer Data Cloud) implementation from designing an implementation that enables the development of uses cases, creating architecture assets and leading the end-to-end delivery
- Fully understand the CDC components including CIAM implementation for both B2B & B2C.
- Collaborate with Digital Strategists and Data Engineers on customer data Cloud integrations and technical implementations.
- Fully design solution architecture considering the integrations with multiple SAP & Non-SAP platforms
- Ensure that delivery architecture is implemented according to policies/standards and solution is benchmarked externally
- Working in project teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle
- You play a pivotal role in helping our clients to achieve success in their personalization journey
- Take on the role as a critical team member in both implementation projects as well as in discovery to ensure ideation of uses cased based on value drivers and challenges
- Interact and collaborate with the global delivery network to ensure effective delivery and a smooth transition of services
- Understand what Customer Data Cloud offer and make sure that clients are aware and benefit of available features
- Contribute to assets/offerings & thought leadership
- Aid in the design and development of the solution
- Ability to work autonomously when necessary in a virtual work environment, while maintaining connectivity with your team and other members of the practice
- Teaming with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances
- Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
- Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of related work experience
- 5 or more years of experience in implementing Customer Data Cloud Platforms
- Experience in leading team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understanding of whole landscape around CDC, including Sales, Marketing, CRM, ERPs, Payment gateways, Mobile apps, Analytics, Commerce etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
- Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions
Ideally, you'll also have
- Certified in SAP CDC.
- Experience working in an agile implementation environment
- Prior consulting experience highly preferred
- Experience in project management tools such as JIRA etc
