We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in SAP Sales and
Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) to join our client. The ideal
candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and
migrations, along with strong expertise in business requirement gathering,
system configuration, and production support. This role requires excellent
problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional
teams to enhance and support SAP business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure
  and customize SAP SD and MM modules to meet business requirements.
  
• Implement
  enhancements and improvements in SAP to support evolving business needs.
  
• Collaborate
  with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
  functional specifications.
  
• Work
  closely with L2 support vendors to manage production issues and ensure
  smooth SAP system operations.
  
• Participate
  in S/4HANA implementation and migration projects, ensuring best practices
  are followed.
  
• Conduct
  system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide training to
  business users.
  
• Serve
  as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear
  communication and effective solution implementation.
  
• Continuously
  optimize SAP configurations to align with business objectives.
  

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor s
  or Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business
  Administration, or a related field.
  

Experience:

• Minimum
  of 8+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Support Consultant with
  strong expertise in SAP SD and MM modules.
  
• Strong
  experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migrations, with
  participation in at least one or two full-cycle projects.
  
• Proven
  experience in business requirement gathering and writing detailed
  functional specifications.
  
• Experience
  working with L2 support vendors and managing SAP production environments.
  
• Experience
  collaborating with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.
  

Technical Skills:

• Expertise
  in SAP S/4HANA SD and MM module configuration, customization, integration
  and Fiori Apps.
  
• Strong
  knowledge of SAP system enhancement, implementation, and continuous
  improvement to meet evolving business needs.
  
• SAP
  S/4HANA Certification in SD or MM is a plus.
  
• Familiarity
  with related SAP modules such as FI and CO is an advantage.
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong
  analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Excellent
  communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and
  business teams.
