Role Description

We are looking for skilled SAP Change Lead who can work with the programme leadership team and business representatives in a global SAP S/4HANA implementation for a pharma manufacturing organisation, preparing for the upcoming new processes and system changes while supporting the build of their own change capability for future transformation initiatives. SAP S/4HANA change management experience required within a pharma manufacturing environment.

As a Change Lead, you will be responsible for managing the following activities:

  • Stakeholder and leadership alignment: Conduct an initial stakeholder analysis to understand the key business leaders’ engagement across the programme, ensuring there is alignment and adherence to the agreed priorities. Coach senior leaders to enable them to communicate the programme vision, embed change and act as key influencers in their business areas.
  • Benefits management: Work in partnership with the programme management team and System Integrator functional leads to plan benefits realisation, from the planning stage to post Go Live transition into business as usual. Feed benefits management considerations into all programme activities and provide benefits realisation assurance.
  • Change impact assessments and action plans: Drive the change impacts identification between the current and new processes during the design phase, defining the actions to mitigate each change impact, building the change actions plans and managing the delivery.
  • Persona journeys: Define the different change journeys for each group of end users/ personas, including all the pre-Go Live change, communication, training and readiness activities, as well as the post Go Live adoption activities per end user group.
  • Change network set-up and management: Onboard different business representatives/ change agents into the programme bringing them up to speed with the change management method and activities, working with them to transfer the new processes and solution knowledge to their business areas during the programme, tackling resistance and increasing solution adoption.
  • Communications: From the initial communications strategy, plan and execute all communication activities to the different groups of business end users leveraging innovative channels to transfer the new processes and solution knowledge to the business end users during the programme. Manage the programme communications as well, to the different programme teams and work streams.
  • Training: Define the training journey for each end user group/ persona in the initial training needs analysis, working with the business representatives and System Integrator teams to update and/ or develop all relevant materials. Plan and deliver train-the-trainer and end user training for each end user group, with the right balance of remote vs face-to-face training sessions, assessing its effectiveness and proposing reinforcement sessions where needed.
  • Business Readiness: Define a framework that allows measuring business readiness across different solution and business areas, providing an objective way for the business representatives to give input into the programme governance during the Go/ no Go Live decision-making process.
  • Adoption: Define the key metrics journey for each process area and user group/ persona that will be measured post Go Live to understand how the new processes and solution are being used, understanding any gaps or constraints in any process area and/ or with any user group.
  • Capability development: Working with the business representatives/ change agents during the programme leveraging the change management method, support the client to create a change community of practice or capability that will drive future transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

·15+ years of experience as Change Lead, 5+ full SAP global implementations.

·SAP S/4HANA in the pharma manufacturing industry required.

·Great experience liaising with senior stakeholders up to C-Suite level, building and maintaining relationships across the programme, business areas and regions.

·Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

·Comfortable leading multi-national teams.

·Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·Language skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Arabic desired.

·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Physiology, or related field.
