Job description

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Lead, who will support the design and execution of the change management strategy for the S / 4HANA Public Cloud implementation. This role will involve assisting the Project Manager in overseeing the change initiatives across multiple countries in the Middle East and Africa. The coordinator will be responsible for supporting communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring smooth adoption of the new platform by working closely with teams across various regions.

As a Change Management Lead, you will :

Assist in the development and execution of the change management plan for the S / 4HANA Public Cloud project.

Help align change management activities with project goals to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Liaise with local SMEs and project teams to capture and document the change impacts.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :

Support the Project Manager in identifying key stakeholders across business units, IT teams, and regions.

Assist in managing communication with stakeholders through newsletters, emails, and internal presentations.

Help develop and distribute change-related communication materials to ensure all teams are informed and aligned.

Training & Awareness Programs :

Organize and support workshops, and training sessions & coordinate the development and delivery of training materials for end users on the new S / 4HANA system.

Assist the Project Manager in tracking the progress of change management activities and ensuring that milestones are met.

Prepare reports on the status of adoption, training participation, and stakeholder engagement to provide regular updates to the project team.

Help identify areas of risk or concern and monitor the mitigation and adoption, contributing to mitigation strategies as required

Deployment support across regions :

Coordinate with regional teams to understand local challenges and support the successful deployment of the new platform.

Help ensure that change management activities are tailored appropriately for different countries in the MEA region, while maintaining consistency across the project.

Support the continuous improvement of change management processes by collecting lessons learned throughout the project.

Help implement improvements to change management practices based on feedback from stakeholders and project teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

About you

The ideal Project Manager SAP / S4Hana :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Organizational Development, or related field.

Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or similar) is a plus

4-6 years of experience in change management or project coordination, with exposure to IT transformation or ERP implementations (preferably SAP S / 4HANA or similar).

Experience working in or with teams across multiple regions, preferably the Middle East and Africa.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management tools.

Willingness and ability to travel across the MEA region based on project needs.
