Qualifications

• Certification or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist.
• Proficiency in facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures and skincare treatments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures and body treatments.
• Assess clients' skin and beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Promote salon services and retail beauty products to achieve sales targets.
• Keep accurate client treatment records and appointment details.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products and treatment techniques.
• Ensure compliance with salon policies and health and safety regulations.
