Salesperson (Fluent in Russian)
Job Summary:
Our government client in Umm Al Quwain is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Fluency in Russian is essential for effective communication with clients and service delivery. The role involves prospecting, promoting products and services, and closing sales to drive revenue and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and promote appropriate products and services.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  3. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  5. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed of industry changes.
  8. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve company sales goals.
  9. Attend meetings, trade shows, and other networking events as required.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in sales or customer service (ideally 3-5 years).
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  4. Goal-oriented with a strong drive for success.
  5. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  6. Fluency in Russian.
  7. Open to candidates who have general sales experience regardless of the industry or domain.

Benefits:
  1. 30 days Annual Leave ticket (after completion of 1 year).
