Champion customer service excellence by understanding needs and ensuring exceptional experiences while addressing concerns professionally. Drive sales by achieving targets, using product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell creatively. Maintain store standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment. Adhere to security policies to minimize stock loss while leveraging advanced selling skills to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist customers in finding merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim Fashion brands if unavailable in-store.
