We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Salesman to join our team in the lubricant oil industry. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our wide range of high-quality lubricant products to businesses and consumers across the region. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, knowledgeable about the lubricant oil industry, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the lubricant oil market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve sales targets and objectives by identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct regular visits to customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Product Knowledge & Presentation:
Be well-versed in the technical specifications and benefits of the company’s lubricant oil products.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers and clients.
Assist customers with product inquiries, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
Market Research & Analysis:
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.
Report on competitor pricing and market developments to help inform sales strategies.
Lead negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and profitable sales agreements.
Follow through on orders, ensuring smooth and timely delivery and product installation where applicable.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product workshops as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the lubricant oil industry or similar technical fields.
Strong knowledge of lubricant oils, automotive or industrial lubricants, and related products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer concerns effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English (French language skills are a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
Experience with B2B sales in the automotive or industrial sector.
Knowledge of the lubricant oil market and industry trends.
