Salesforce Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Salesforce Analyst to manage, optimize, and support our Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, creating reports and dashboards, configuring system enhancements, and ensuring that Salesforce solutions meet organizational goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related issues, enhancements, and data needs
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
3. Customize and configure Salesforce (e.g., workflows, page layouts, fields, reports, dashboards)
4. Analyze and improve CRM processes to drive productivity and improve user experience
5. Maintain data integrity and perform regular data audits and clean-ups
6. Provide user training and support to ensure adoption and optimal use of Salesforce
7. Work closely with developers and admins on system enhancements and integrations
8. Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and new features
9. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
10. Assist with testing and deployment of new features and releases

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
2. 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst, Administrator, or similar role
3. Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred or must be willing to obtain)
4. Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and reporting tools
5. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning components is a plus
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
8. Experience with data management and CRM best practices
