Qualifications

  • 4–6 years in sales and/or sales training roles, preferably within the UAE.
  • Prior experience in Free Zone licensing or company formation is highly desirable.
  • Training and coaching experience, particularly with remote or offshore teams.

As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Sales and Training Specialist, responsible to convert in-person client meetings into successful license sales through expert consultation and support, while also overseeing, training, and auditing the performance of the offshore sales team to ensure alignment, quality, and continuous improvement across the sales function.

Key Accountabilities:

Client-Facing Sales Activities:

  • Welcome and consult prospective clients visiting the Meydan Free Zone office.
  • Provide comprehensive product and service information tailored to client needs.
  • Address client queries clearly and professionally, guiding them through the Free Zone licensing process.
  • Drive sales conversions by managing the end-to-end process from first meeting to license issuance.
  • Ensure a high-quality client experience through responsiveness, follow-up, and compliance awareness.

Sales Team Training & Support:

  • Conduct regular training sessions for the offshore sales team on licensing structures, communication techniques, and objection handling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for addressing any questions or escalations from the sales team.
  • Document all client and internal queries and their resolutions in a centralized knowledge base to support team learning and consistency.
  • Continuously update internal training materials and playbooks to reflect changes in processes or services.
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, clarity, and operational excellence within the sales function.

Team Oversight & Quality Management:

  • Monitor offshore team performance and ensure adherence to company standards and sales protocols.
  • Perform regular audits on sales calls, lead entries, and communication logs to assess quality and accuracy.
  • Provide constructive feedback and targeted coaching to offshore team members.
  • Track and report team KPIs, lead conversion rates, and quality metrics to senior management.
  • Recommend improvements to scripts, pitch strategies, and process workflows based on data insights and audit findings.

To Join our team, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years in sales and/or sales training roles, preferably within the UAE.
  • Prior experience in Free Zone licensing, company formation services, or a regulatory environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Training and coaching experience, particularly with remote or offshore teams.
  • Analytical approach to performance tracking and process improvement.
  • Documentation and reporting proficiency.
  • CRM system experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Professional demeanor and client-first mindset.

Language skills:

  • English.
  • Any second language is desirable.
