The Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of ground sales representatives. The Team Leader will be responsible for setting and managing sales goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, training, and coaching team members, and monitoring performance. The Team Leader will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Team Leadership: Should have managed a team of minimum 10 members or more.
- Results-Oriented: Proven consistency in achieving targets.
