Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and leadership, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents. The Real Estate Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring targets are met, and providing strategic guidance to improve team success.

Responsibilities:

  • Align team staffing with the company's strategic goals, set targets, and monitor performance through KPIs such as calls, meetings, sales, and leads.
  • Manage sales performance and conversion rates to achieve monthly targets.
  • Ensure high standards of work among team members.
  • Enforce proper use of CRM, IT, and sales tools.
  • Foster communication between your team and other departments.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
  • Supervise all deals handled by your team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Report team performance and market trends to the Head of Sales.
  • Monitor daily pipelines and team inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with 1-2 years in leadership.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
