General Purpose
The Sales Systems Manager (SSM) will develop and implement sales excellence processes, methodology, tools, and structures to drive sales and profitability growth and achieve business objectives. The position will be responsible for managing and developing the systems, processes and training that will help our sales and event teams exceed their goals. In addition, the SSM will analyze event data and provide recommendations to implement new systems, optimize operations, and develop new processes and procedures. This position requires an individual with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think strategically.

- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the Hotel Sales team to work smarter by simplifying processes, evaluating new tools/apps with a focus on Generative AI & Large language models (LLMs), and providing access to information and resources required to advance and close business
- Enable front-line leaders with the tools and skills required to be exceptional coaches, build, develop, and manage teams capable of carrying out strategy and excellence initiatives
- Focus on the overarching goal of ensuring sales and operations team members have the right information, available in easy-to-use systems and formats, at the right time
- Serve as a coach and consultant to drive key behaviors and behavior change within each of the Delphi CRM department user groups (Sales & Catering, Services, Weddings, Nightlife and Resort Group Dining). Pinpoint specific behaviors that lead to higher levels of sales excellence
- Develop baseline training to ensure a verifiable level of aptitude for all sales systems, platforms, products (brands), and segments for all colleagues.
- Oversee Data governance by managing the availability, usability, integrity and security of the data in enterprise systems, based on internal standards and policies that also control data usage
- Work cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, operations, revenue management tradeshows, and others to ensure understanding & collaboration around key needs, issues, and opportunities
- Ability to aggressively push the boundaries of sales excellence to ensure program adoption from leadership to individual contributors.
- Ensure required dashboards and other key items in Amadeus are aligned with management requirements and promote easy access and action. Strive for the most effective and useful CRM to enable success
- Conduct ongoing assessments of end-user and leadership views on systems, support, training, and other key organizational functions
- Lead a team of sales and services excellence colleagues through a dedication to inspiration, learning, mutual risk, and support
- Support ad-hoc needs as they arise and in support of key organizational stakeholders.
- Excel at in-person and virtual presentation skills, effective conversations, and collaboration
About You
- Bachelor’s degree required in Hotel Management or Business Administration preferred
