Job Description:
- Build a high-performing sales and operations culture by focusing on excellence and strategic initiatives.
- Enhance sales productivity through process simplification, evaluating new tools/apps with an emphasis on Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs), and providing access to necessary information and resources.
- Equip front-line leaders with tools and skills to coach, develop, and manage teams effectively.
- Ensure sales and operations teams have timely access to accurate information via user-friendly systems.
- Serve as a coach and consultant to promote behaviors that lead to sales excellence within the CRM departments.
- Develop baseline training to ensure proficiency in sales systems, platforms, products, and segments.
- Oversee data governance, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with internal standards and policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, revenue management, and other departments to align on key needs and opportunities.
- Drive sales excellence program adoption from leadership to individual contributors.
- Align dashboards and CRM tools like Amadeus with management needs to facilitate easy access and action.
- Conduct assessments of end-user and leadership feedback on systems and support functions.
- Lead a team dedicated to sales and service excellence, fostering a culture of inspiration, learning, and mutual support.
- Support ad-hoc organizational needs and stakeholder requirements.
- Deliver effective in-person and virtual presentations, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
