Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa. It is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Sales Systems Manager to join the hotel’s Sales team.
The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Include:
- Enhancing sales productivity by enabling the Hotel Sales team to work smarter through process simplification, evaluating new tools/apps with a focus on Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs), and providing access to information and resources to advance and close business.
- Empowering front-line leaders with tools and skills to coach effectively, build, develop, and manage teams capable of executing strategy and excellence initiatives.
- Ensuring sales and operations team members have the right information in accessible systems and formats at the right time.
- Serving as a coach and consultant to drive key behaviors and behavior change within Delphi CRM user groups, including Sales & Catering, Services, Weddings, Nightlife, and Resort Group Dining, to achieve higher sales excellence.
- Developing baseline training to ensure all sales colleagues possess a verifiable level of competence in sales systems, platforms, products, and segments.
- Managing data governance by overseeing the availability, usability, integrity, and security of data in enterprise systems according to internal standards and policies.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, operations, revenue management, and other departments to align on needs, issues, and opportunities.
- Pushing the boundaries of sales excellence to promote program adoption from leadership to individual contributors.
- Ensuring dashboards and key items in Amadeus meet management requirements and facilitate easy access and action, striving for the most effective CRM to enable success.
- Conducting ongoing assessments of end-user and leadership feedback on systems, support, training, and organizational functions.
- Leading a team of sales and service excellence colleagues with a focus on inspiration, learning, mutual risk, and support.
- Supporting ad-hoc needs as they arise to assist organizational stakeholders.
- Excel at in-person and virtual presentation skills, fostering effective conversations and collaboration.
About You
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration (preferred).
- Experience with Delphi System Administration and Reporting.
- Proficiency in Tableau Data Analysis and Visualizations.
- Knowledge of Property Management Solutions (PMS) and OXI Interfaces.
- Experience managing Digital Signage Solutions.
- Familiarity with Social Tables Event Diagramming.
- Experience with Proposal Generation Solutions.
- Knowledge of Property RFP Channel Management.
