Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Sales Surveyor in the UAE to secure household relocation projects from first enquiry to confirmed booking. This field-based role requires visiting clients at home, surveying requirements, and producing accurate estimates and quotations.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with operations for smooth handovers. Weekend client visits may be required, with attractive incentives and travel across Dubai.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years full-cycle sales experience from enquiry to closure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel for client visits across Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete household relocation sales cycle from enquiry to booking.
• Conduct on-site visits and surveys at clients’ homes to assess household goods, volume and moving requirements.
• Prepare accurate estimates and competitive quotations based on survey findings.
• Follow up consistently on quotations and enquiries to convert opportunities into bookings.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective pipeline management and customer follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their relocation needs.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, surveys, quotations and sales activities.
• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed jobs.
• Attend client visits on weekends when required.

About the Client

Our client is an established Dubai-based logistics and relocation company with a network of overseas agents. Their household goods business moves families and corporate staff from the UAE to destinations worldwide. They are hiring a field sales professional to win those moves from first enquiry to signed booking.

About the Role

As a Sales Surveyor, you will be responsible for generating and converting household relocation opportunities. This is a field-based, client-facing sales role where you will visit clients at their homes, assess their moving requirements, prepare accurate estimates and quotations, and follow up to successfully close the business.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, confident dealing with customers, comfortable working outdoors, and able to manage the complete sales cycle independently.

• Willingness to travel for client/home visits across Dubai.
