In this Sales Support Intern role

You will provide day-to-day administrative support to implement sales sub-function plans and processes to drive business growth, profitability, and customer retention within a defined area/territory, aligned with business strategy, financial objectives, and Group policies.

Key Tasks
  • Support the implementation of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans.
  • Assist in reporting on pipeline and improvement areas in collaboration with sales effectiveness.
  • Support the analysis of market trends and customer needs, aiding in translating products/services into solutions.
  • Administer sales support processes and tools to enhance sales force effectiveness.
Stakeholders
  • Primarily support and interact with team colleagues.
  • Communicate clearly with minimal explanation required.
  • Handle task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.
Management Responsibility
  • Individual contributor without direct leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Vocational/Specialized/Technical certification.

Experience: Less than 2 years.

Skills: Sales Management, Customer Relations, CRM, Market and Customer Segmentation, Product Development, Change Management, Advertising, Pricing, Stakeholder Management, Feedback, and DHL Business Knowledge.
