In this Sales Support Intern role

You will provide daily administrative support to implement sales plans and processes aimed at business growth, profitability, and customer retention within a defined area or territory, aligned with our business strategy, financial goals, and policies.

Key Tasks

• Support the implementation of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans.
• Assist in reporting on pipeline and improvement areas in collaboration with sales effectiveness teams.
• Support the analysis of market trends and customer needs, translating products/services into solutions.
• Administer sales support processes and tools to enhance sales force effectiveness.

Stakeholders

• Support and interact mainly with team colleagues.
• Communicate clearly with minimal explanation needed.
• Handle task-related issues appropriately to maintain good work relationships.

Management Responsibility

• This is an individual contributor role without direct leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

Education: Vocational, specialized, technical, or certification level.

Experience: Less than 2 years.
