Overview of the Role
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing customer interactions and sales processes? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from lead management to order fulfillment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead Management: Manage and record all leads from outbound telephone marketing, create new customer accounts, and establish customer credit and payment methods.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare SAP Quotations for the TFM Business division as per the requirements from TFM Sales Engineers.
  • Order Processing: Create Sales Orders, Purchase requisitions in SAP, arrange deliveries, and update stock status.
  • Financial Coordination: Coordinate with Finance for Sales Order release, share SOA with customers, and follow up on payments.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery of products.
  • Order Tracking: Keep track of Open Orders and communicate with Internal and External stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Handle walk-in customers for Tools and Pumps, acknowledge customer queries and issues related to products, prices, and availability, and provide effective resolutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly Open Quotation and lost sale reports.

Required Skills to be Successful

  • Proficiency in SAP for creating quotations, sales orders, and purchase requisitions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage leads and track open orders.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with finance, warehouse, and customers.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
  • Experience in preparing detailed reports and analyzing sales data.
