JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales Support Executive will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team, helping ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, coordinating across departments, and supporting the full client journey from booking to handover.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in preparing sales-related documents and agreements (e.g., Sale & Purchase, Amendments, Promotions).
• Coordinate with various internal departments to support the sales transaction process.
• Verify and organize signed contracts and track their progress through internal workflows.
• Process client payments and issue receipts, ensuring all necessary documents are in place.
• Respond to sales and inventory-related inquiries from the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records in internal systems.
• Assist in reviewing and updating broker registrations and commission submissions.
• Support with the issuance of agreements (e.g., Sales & Purchase, Broker Agency Agreements).
• Collaborate with team members to prepare inventory lists and sales reports.
• Help ensure all records and documentation are up to date and properly filed.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Operations team as needed.
• Perform other tasks as required to support the smooth running of sales operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Languages:

• Fluency in English is required.
• Arabic is a plus.

Experience:

• 12 years of experience in a sales operations or administrative role within a real estate development company in the UAE.
