The Sales & Marketing team provides institutional sales support across the Middle East region, supporting business growth and client engagement. Based in Dubai, the team collaborates closely to deliver high-quality service and strategic insights. Joining this team offers exposure to dynamic markets, cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to contribute meaningfully to client success.

Overview

The Sales Support Executive supports the Sales Directors with day-to-day activities, client interactions, and coordination to enable effective service delivery and client engagement in the Middle East region.

Core Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Directors with presentations and prospecting materials.

  • Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.

  • Review processes and analyse team performance.

  • Ensure client reports are accurate and timely.

  • Build strong internal and external relationships.

  • Stay informed on Franklin Templeton products and global market trends.

  • Assist with client onboarding and coordination.

Strategic Responsibilities
  • Prepare call reports, travel logs and board materials.

  • Manage client gifts and inventory with marketing.

  • Maintain compliance logs and support event logistics.

  • Collaborate with marketing, legal and compliance teams.

  • Contribute ideas for service improvements.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards.

  • Support Sales Directors with reporting and admin tasks.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Lead assigned departmental projects.

  • Attend client meetings when needed.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Experience, Education & Certifications
  • University degree or equivalent experience.

  • 25 years in Asset Management, ideally in Sales Support or Client Service.

  • Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities.

  • Effective communication and investment knowledge.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with CRM systems.

Soft Skills
  • Adaptability to client needs.

  • Arabic or French language skills are a plus.
