Job Responsibilities:

Within sales support, you will be responsible for managing and pricing offers and submissions for professional kitchen projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating commercial offers and costings in close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Contacting suppliers for price requests and technical data sheets.
  • Updating the company's article database.
  • Monitoring submission projects to be published on dedicated platforms.
  • Establishing order confirmations upon award.
  • Monitoring devices and business purchases.
  • Controlling plans and transmitting information for manufacturing.
  • Organizing on-site delivery in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Organizing commissioning and establishing the revision book.
  • Participating in project kick-off sessions.
  • Monitoring customer deposits and final invoices in collaboration with Customer Administration.

Job Requirements:

  • CFC for commercial employees or equivalent training.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French are mandatory. Fluency in German is a plus.
  • Proficiency with common IT tools and knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Nav is an asset.
  • Comfortable with numbers and reading plans. Interest in technical fields.
  • Confirmed experience in construction-related fields (engineering office, architectural firm, etc.).
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under urgency.
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and precision.
