Job description

We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team and take charge of organizing, tracking, and optimizing our sales leads and client engagement process.

This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional with a strong background in lead generation, CRM management, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing inbound and outbound leads, nurturing client relationships, and improving conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Tracking & Management

  • Oversee the entire lead lifecycle, from initial inquiry to handoff or conversion
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system
  • Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria and ensure timely follow-up
  • Identify high-potential prospects and prioritize engagement accordingly

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies
  • Monitor lead performance and conversion metrics to provide actionable insights
  • Ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team
  • Proactively identify gaps in the lead pipeline and support lead generation initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead management, sales coordination, or CRM administration
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, client follow-up strategies, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to track and manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Salary Range and Benefits:

Salary Range: 3,500 AED – 4,000 AED (based on experience and qualifications)
We provide medical insurance as per UAE law, visa sponsorship, training, and additional support as needed.

Work Arrangement:

This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote or hybrid work options. Candidates must be available to work from the designated location.
