Sales Support Coordinator

Applicants must already be located in Dubai to be considered for this role with relevant UAE work experience.

Work Location: Dubai

Office based: Monday to Friday (with half day on Fridays)

Sector: Construction, building materials

Estimated Remuneration: AED 7-10K per month maximum total cash package + Medical Insurance for self + Annual Return Flight for self + Visa for self

A multinational business with an array of water technology products and building materials.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales order processing
2. Organise sales delivery from UAE or UK to Middle East customers and support UK order processing team in charge when required.
3. Support the Operations team and finance team (order planning)
4. Accurate maintenance of customer and sales records.
5. Build and maintain relationships with key contacts customers.

Required Profile

• 3-5 years experience in order processing management and sales experience in a construction related field
• Expertise of PI, order confirmation, warranties, delivery notes and invoices.
• Knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in relation to the civil infrastructure.
