Working within the Sales Operations function of Miral Destination’s Sales Team this is a role for a cheerful individual who thrives in a busy administrative environment with an ever-changing workload.
As a Sales Support Assistant Manager – B2B Marketing Specialist in our team, you will support the Sales Team with the general administration and operational tasks involved with the sale of activities for our world-class theme parks and attractions. Your role requires a positive, can-do attitude and close attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the Sales Teams to provide an excellent level of sales support.
- Maintaining efficiency of MD Sales Budget Tracker
- Manages assigned tasks including PR / PO requests for all JPMs & B2B marketing needs.
- Assist with onboarding new partners or clients.
- Assist with the sales team and other business travel arrangements.
- Liaises with other departments to secure timely support in carrying out sales and marketing activities.
- Help organize sales events & roadshows in the local market.
- Assist in the procurement and distribution of seasonal hampers & other gifts.
- Internal events bookings and coordination (team events) including birthdays.
- Manage meeting room requests & bookings.
- Complete any administrative tasks per business requirements.
- Support future potential Fam trip from corporate and leisure accounts. Liaise with all relevant departments as required (operation managers, F&B team and finance team).
- Process and reconcile any complimentary ticket requests.
- Support overseas team with Head Office’s operational and administrative requirements including travels, training, meetings, expenses, etc.
- Assist with contracting process with legal.
- Liaise with sales and finance to follow up on payments until GRN process (add Payment made)
- Support the Sales Teams at any of their events, including completing the necessary operation & administrative tasks for trade events, FAM trip travel arrangements, semester review, partners’ events, etc.
- Acknowledge all requests within 4 hours and maintain a maximum turnaround time of 1 working day.
- Complete any task assigned by the Sales Operations Manager.
Essential:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in an administrative sales role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Previous experience in an administrative environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications
- Close attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- UAE driving license & own car essential
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 4 years work experience overall, preferably in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants etc.)
- Other language skills.
