The role involves managing work orders within the ME&LE segment, creating detailed reports on various periodicities, engaging with account managers and solution consultants to ensure smooth service delivery, and handling activation, modification, upgrade, downgrade, and renewal of fixed and NBI products within the CRM system. Additionally, the candidate will identify and resolve core billing and service issues.

Qualifications:
  • University degree required.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a technical operations role.
Skills:
  • Strong logical, statistical, and interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Creative, flexible, and responsive to organizational needs.
  • Expertise in reporting, CRM, billing, invoicing, and Outlook.
  • Management certifications and experience in launching and managing IoT products or solutions are preferred.
