Sales Support - VAS

Responsibilities include handling VAS KPI reports, monitoring them daily, coordinating invoices with B2B vendors, and handling telesales for our multi-products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor SOP and TAT for Finance and Insurance leads;
  2. Follow up on payments from partner banks;
  3. Address customer questions and concerns accurately;
  4. Record details of Non-Dubizzle customer contacts and actions;
  5. Handle telesales for VAS products & services.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Secondary education or higher;
  • Experience in automotive, banking, or sales support in the UAE;
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry;
  • Experience with CRM software;
  • Detail-oriented with strong automotive market knowledge;
  • Excellent customer service attitude, work ethic, and drive for success;
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic;
  • Strong data entry skills;
  • Professional demeanor and telephone etiquette;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Ambitious, positive, and committed attitude;
