QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Uludag Beverages Dubai the UAE is the Dubai arm of a traditional Turkish beverage manufacturer – known for sparkling lemonades and authentic taste experiences! Now we need YOU to make our brands shine on the hotels, cafes and restaurants of Dubai. With your commitment and sales talent, you can not only continue our success story, but also take your own career to the next level. We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented and self-motivated Sales Supervisor- HORECA to support our growing team in our Dubai – UAE Organization.

What you bring to the table!

  • Bachelors Degree in business management or relevant field
  • Fluent in English.
  • Initiative and organizational talent: You work independently, find solutions and stick to your goals.
  • 2 years of sales experience or 1 years of HORECA channel in UAE. F&B experience is a plus
  • Proven success in developing and executing Channel and Account Plans
  • Proven experience managing high-value clients and building lasting, strategic relationships.
  • A proactive, organized mindset with an unstoppable passion for selling.
  • Skills in negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving (you’re the total package).
  • Tech-savvy with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite mastery.
  • A UAE driving license and your own car (non-negotiable—this role hits the road).

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strong relationships with HORECA accounts and gain the ability to understand potential customer’s needs and serve them with highest level of customer service
  • Formulate business proposals and quotations tailored to customers’ business needs.
  • Regular report on prospective customers, market trends and competitors.
  • Build & manage database of the clients and update tracker with each lead and prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, quantities and commercial terms.
  • Achieve sales targets
  • With creative ideas, market analyses and tact, you create long-term added value for our customers.
  • Thanks to your structured work and the use of modern tools (e.g. CRM systems), you always have an overview.
  • You bring our brand into the conversation – whether at tastings, product tests or other campaigns.
