We have a great opportunity for Sales Supervisor (Emiratization Program) to join our Sales and Marketing Department. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in the area, learning at different levels of responsibility, and working with a team.

What will you do?
Coordination of the sales and operations process including external and internal documentation preparation and distribution, such as proposal letters, corporate and travel agent contracts, etc.
Taking inquiries of individual reservation requests and answering client questions regarding their account or sales products.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, assist with corporate sales trip preparation.
Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
Handle and coordinate site inspections, service group, or road show needs.
Analysing guest/customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers.
Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff.
Adhere to Shangri-La Sales and Marketing standards policy.
Be prepared to assist other Shangri-La colleagues/departments in a thoughtful manner.
Be an ambassador for the brand.
Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/management to find solutions.
