- Communication Coordination: Facilitate communication between our agency and brokers, ensuring timely dissemination of information, updates on listings, market trends, and company initiatives.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to brokers on our company's processes, systems, and best practices to optimize their performance.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze broker performance metrics, including sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive results.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate special projects and initiatives aimed at expanding our international broker network, entering new markets, or enhancing existing partnerships.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation related to broker agreements, contracts, and transactions.
