Implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance trends, and take corrective actions to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.

Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are in line with brand and marketing guidelines. Coordinate inventory control processes, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.

Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing escalated customer concerns, supporting staff in complex transactions, and ensuring a customer-centric approach across all interactions.
