Sales Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all sales & collection targets both short term and long term are met
• Manage, train & coach a team of sales executives
• Create & steer daily route plans for each ESF to cover assigned customers
• Manage forecasting, stocks, slow movers according to market needs
• Conduct daily meetings with team and follow up on DNA KPIs development
• Visit the shops you and your team are responsible for
• Build excellent relationships with distributor & key customers
• Find new opportunities to drive business growth
• Time allocation: 90% in the market, 10% office tasks

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration
• Fluency in Hindi and/or Malayalam and English
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably FMCG
• Retail Sales-operations experience
• Adequate level of negotiation skills needed
• Strong follow-up skills and high determination to achieve results
• Leadership skills to steer the team on a daily basis
• Proactive, positive, enabler & team player mindset
